BMWs big coupes have aged gracefully. This Alpinewhite 6 came in for a variety of issues. A failed alternator, aging fluids, tie rod ends, and finally a frustrating electrical lock issue. We sourced a variety of tough to find NOS and used components to get this E24 back in top shape. While repairing the central locking, we found several wiring hacks in the doors that had interfered with function of this 633's central locking system causing internal shorts. Using our factory wiring diagrams, we put everything back to exactly how it should be and replaced the central locking module and both actuators.
Once the car was done, it was a matter of giving it a wash, and getting it back into the owners hands so they could enjoy it!
